By downloading, installing, purchasing, activating, or using PreloadApps, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. License
PreloadApps is licensed, not sold.
A single PreloadApps license permits use on one computer at a time. If you want to use PreloadApps on multiple computers, you must purchase separate licenses unless we provide written permission or assist with a license transfer.
Your license is intended for personal or business use by the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, rented, sublicensed, or distributed to others.
2. Trial Period
PreloadApps includes a 15-day free trial. After the trial period ends, you must purchase a valid license to continue using the full version of the software.
We recommend using the trial period to test PreloadApps with your Windows system, apps, folders, websites, and startup workflow before purchasing.
3. Lifetime License
PreloadApps is sold as a one-time lifetime license. No subscription or recurring charge applies.
A lifetime license gives you continued access to activate and use PreloadApps on the licensed computer, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
4. License Activation and Device Binding
A PreloadApps license is linked to the computer on which it is first activated.
If you reinstall Windows on the same computer, activation should usually continue to work. If you change to a different computer or make major hardware changes, activation may require support assistance.
If your computer is replaced, damaged, or no longer in use, you may contact us at support@preloadapps.com. We may assist with reactivation, reset, or transfer at our discretion. We do not expect users to buy a new license only because of genuine hardware replacement or system failure.
5. Payments
International payments for PreloadApps may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for international purchases and may handle payment processing, tax calculation, tax collection, invoices, receipts, fraud prevention, and buyer payment support.
Indian payments may be processed through Razorpay or other supported payment providers.
The available payment methods may vary depending on your country, currency, device, and the payment provider.
6. Taxes
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location and the payment provider used. Any applicable taxes, such as GST, VAT, or sales tax, may be calculated and collected during checkout by the payment provider.
7. License Delivery
After successful payment, your PreloadApps license key will be delivered digitally by email to the email address used during checkout.
Please check your inbox, spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder if you do not receive the license email. License emails can sometimes be filtered by email providers.
If you still cannot find your license key, contact us at support@preloadapps.com with your purchase details.
8. Refunds

9. Updates
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, compatibility fixes, or security changes for PreloadApps.
Updates may be automatic or may require manual download and installation. We may modify, add, improve, or remove features over time to improve compatibility, stability, performance, or security.
10. Software Behavior and Compatibility
PreloadApps is designed to help you open selected apps, folders, and websites after Windows starts or when you launch them manually from the app or tray.
Compatibility may vary depending on your Windows version, system settings, installed apps, security software, permissions, app startup behavior, and hardware.
Some apps may not fully follow minimized or force minimized launch requests. This can happen when an app uses a splash screen, launcher, helper process, update screen, administrator permission, or custom startup behavior.
We try to provide a stable and reliable experience, but we cannot guarantee that PreloadApps will work perfectly with every app, folder, website, Windows setup, or hardware configuration.
11. Administrator Permission and UAC
Some apps may require administrator permission to launch. If an item is configured to run as administrator, Windows may show a User Account Control prompt.
PreloadApps does not bypass Windows security prompts. You are responsible for choosing which apps to launch and whether they should run with administrator permission.
12. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the apps, folders, websites, arguments, paths, and settings you add to PreloadApps.
You should only add trusted apps, safe websites, and valid folders that you want PreloadApps to open.
PreloadApps is intended to make startup and daily launching easier, but you remain responsible for your system, files, data, and software choices.
13. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or tamper with PreloadApps.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with license activation, license verification, trial checks, signature checks, update checks, or security features.
- Resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or share your license key without permission.
- Use PreloadApps for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Upload, distribute, or publish modified or unauthorized copies of PreloadApps.
- Use automated methods to abuse activation, license reset, trial, refund, or support systems.
14. Privacy
We respect your privacy. PreloadApps does not collect unnecessary personal data.
For license activation, payment, support, purchase verification, refund handling, and license reset requests, we may process limited information such as your email address, license key, transaction ID, payment provider reference, country code, and device activation information.
PreloadApps stores your added apps, folders, websites, delays, and launch settings locally on your computer. We do not collect or upload your startup launch list to our servers during normal use.

15. Limitation of Liability
PreloadApps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or accidental damages, including data loss, system issues, software conflicts, app launch issues, business loss, or loss of productivity resulting from the use or inability to use PreloadApps.
You are responsible for keeping your system, files, and data backed up.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
